Cancellation Policy
• A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for new clients and will be applied to your service total.
• Mobile services are available for spa parties of 3+ guests or emergencies only (travel fee applies).
• Appointments not confirmed or responded to by the day of service may be canceled.
• A 15-minute grace period will be given if running late. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or at risk of cancellation.
• Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 30% of the service total. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
